About our function

Global Accounts delivers customized product solutions to advanced environments such as Data Centers, Giga, Pharma, Marine, Oil & Gas. We are a global team with a strong focus on project planning and technical sales support. The function is involved in the entire process, from project initiation to product installation and verification.

In this role as a Control and Regulation Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing customer input and specifications, developing and designing a solution, identifying risks, and adapting to various exciting challenges that may arise in advanced environments. You will also be on-site in projects - hands-on - to solve customer needs. Some project management will take place during installations at customer sites, where this role represents FläktGroup.

Some international travel is included in the role (up to 20 hotel nights per year) where you will participate in both internal meetings, customer meetings, Factory Acceptance tests, and commissioning support.

This role will report to the Technical Director of Global Accounts based in Austria and will closely collaborate with the Technical Sales Support Director in Jönköping. The position is based at our site in Jönköping.

Who are you

We are looking for someone with a technical education focused on control and regulation or equivalent, and possibly experience in electrical design from a manufacturing industry. Since you will have many points of contact within the company, it is important that you can communicate clearly in both Swedish and English. You are a team player and will collaborate with various manufacturing units and functions internally at FläktGroup, as well as have several external contacts.

We are the team that solves customer problems with smart solutions! Therefore, it is important that you have a strong interest in technology related to control systems, where you are aware of new technologies and understand the logic behind how our solutions are structured. For us, teamwork and problem-solving are central, so we are looking for someone who is development-oriented and solution-focused.

It is advantageous if you also have:

• Understanding of integration

• Experience from the ventilation industry

• Knowledge of cooling & recovery principles

• Experience working on international projects
